No it doesn't, people marry for different reasons, the most common one is to marry for love. Gay people can be as much in love as straight people.

Well, not really. Plenty of jurisdictions have decided that marriage equality is right, much to the chagrin and consternation of people who care, for some reason, what strangers do with their lives. I still don't get that part.

But life (and having a penis and vagina) is still a HUGE difference with gay couples vs straight couples.
