If republicans don't pass immigration reform in 6 weeks, Reid says Obama will do it by executive order.

"We’ve waited 329 days, we’re willing to wait another six weeks,” Reid said Thursday, referring to the number of days that have passed since his chamber passed a comprehensive reform bill. “But at the end of six weeks, if something hasn’t been done, then there’s gonna have to be a move made. And it’s too bad we have to do that, because we all know things can be done administratively, but it’s better to change the law.”

Liberals, what goes around comes around. The defenders of this abuse of power are frogs sitting in the pot of water and the executive branch is slowing turning up the heat. It may not impact you today, but there will come a day of reckoning. Eventually, power WILL change hands.

Harry Reid is only slightly more sentient than a block of cheese. He will howl when the political tables are turned.

1913-when the global bankers took the financial power from our country and its people.

Our democratically elected leaders have really not had any real power since then but it has gotten progressively worse and the mirage of a functioning Government is shown 24/7 on Corporate media.

Interesting. I also see articles about the immigration groups also pressuring President Obama, since he* keeps deporting illegals:

Obama exceeds 2 million mark in deportations

Democrats to GOP: Let "Pres. Rand Paul" enact immigration reform - CBS News

*obviously, President Obama does not personally deport these people. These immigration groups want Obama to use his dictatorial powers to slow down the deportations, but he keeps waiting for immigration reform to be passed by Congress. Silly man.

He and then senator Obama howled back when the (R's) were in charge, then turned around and did the very things they were saying the (R's) shouldn't do. For instance, the (R's) considered the "nuclear option" in the senate, but wisely decided against it.
Yet once the (D's) got control, they actually went through with it. You cannot get more hypocritical than that.
The (R's) are no angels, but the label of hypocrisy is decidedly a brand the (D's) richly deserve.

As to the overall point of the thread, even liberal journalists, lawyers, and scholars have spoken against the abuse of executive power of this president. They voted for Obama, yet now decry his actions as extremely dangerous for our country.

How many liberals in this forum have the guts to admit it, and what are you prepared to do about it?
