Sure I live in the county outside a medium city. Here there are lots of what you call black cowboys that go back years in their family history of being such. But I disagree we share the same culture all over the USA. Regions and even locally cultures differ.

Of course they can. I have members of my own family who are like this.

Of course. Surely you've heard of interracial adoption.

Class and economic status are far greater social dividers than race in 21st century America.
So, yes.

The reason I posted this question is because people often mix up the terms race and culture, as though they were the same thing. Some people say that they don't date interracially because of cultural differences, others assume people of race X will act a certain way due to "their culture".

Also, there IS a distinct African American culture that is distinct from mainstream (White privileged) American culture, and the reason why that is is due to slavery and Jim Crow segregation. Not all Black people identify with this culture, and there are White people who do identify with this culture.

Human is a race, color is pigment and culture is whatever you do to spend your time.

The two people who voted 'no' need to be slapped. Of course two people of different races can be the same culture. It's literally all over the place.

So, yes.
BUT, class / economic status are used to mask race in 21st century America.

"Culture" is ill-defined, and physical anthropologists say that there is essentially no such thing as race. So this is akin to asking how many angels can dance on the head of a pin if the pin can be any size.

Nonetheless the answer has to be yes. Iamme puts it well here. If the same race can have a different culture, then it logically follows that different races can have the same culture.

This is a very American question, for lack of a better description. Anyway, the answer is yes. My cultural background is made up of people from different so-called races who share plenty culture. My parents are predominantly of different so-called races but share the same culture. I was raised to identify with that culture first and foremost, not so-called race.
