Are most of the "terrorists" being held in Cuba and CIA Secret Facilities actually guilty? How many are innocent?

Won't know until they get a trial or hearing in some form of a court. Unless we no longer recognize the "Great writ" in any form now.

Well, considering that intel gathered from them has already helped us thwart jihadist attacks and round up other terrorists, it's clear these guys knew something about what's goin' down.

Keep 'em!

Outrageous. You don't even know who 'these guys' are, nor who among them -if any- knows anything. You have no evidence to support saying that 'intel gathered from them has already helped us thwart' any attacks.

If anything, you're just parroting what you hear and are told. MOD CUT

I think we have no idea how many folks were swept up in the invasion and thereafter and whether or not they are guilty or innocent.

We really need to get them all to trial so that the issue can be resolved. And quite a few will have a difficult time being accepted back to their home country(ies)--this has been documented several times.

Imprisoning people without charges being filed or given a trial sure helps the US make a lot of friends in the world!

Nobody has any idea, apparently including you.

Apparently their numbers and charges aren't fully known, or I would think you would provide them as part of your OP.

Many were in fact captured in battle, many were captured in the company of known terrorists, and many may be just a matter of guilt by association.
For the innocent? Let the trials decide. For the guilty? Give them the reward they seek.

With the lack of specifics, and the need to only post speculation, this discussion seems a bit pointless.
