The Supreme Court delivered a setback to the Environmental Protection Agency on Monday, placing limits on the sole Obama administration program already in place to deal with power plant and factory emissions of gases blamed for global warming. Supreme Court limits EPA global warming rules | Fox News

Throwing in an edit. The MSM is taking this story and interpreting it in their own desired ways. The NYT states - Justices, With Limits, Let E.P.A. Curb Power-Plant Gases http://www.nytimes.com/2014/06/24/us...ases.html?_r=0 while Politico states Supreme Court nibbles at EPA’s greenhouse gas powers EPA gets split decision from Supreme Court on early greenhouse gas rules - POLITICO.com

Supreme Court ruling? Obama doesn't care about any Supreme Court rulings. He is above all of that.

Why would this be a good thing?

Seriously, I need a conservative to explain how restricting our effect on climate change is bad. Enlighten us.

Maybe, somone said...hey, it's not happening as fast as the "greenies" think or say it is.

Or, maybe they said all global warming or climate change is based on computer modles...

Oh wait, science is settled, right....

I've never agreed with agencies like the EPA writing their own laws, and imposing them on the nation. Anytime we halt their attempts to rule over us is a good day.
