You get that if the Nazi's didn't like what you said they killed you without any retribution? Some people just used their first amendment rights to express their displeasure with what he said. No one prevented him or you from saying what you wanted. Freedom of speech lets you do that. It does not restrict the freedom of speech of those who disagree or criticize what is said. Re-defining what the first amendment says is pretty common for bigots and wingnuts.

Bigots love to say how they have the freedom of speech to spout their crap. They don't like it when people use the same right to criticize them. Same with the right of freedom of association with their hated groups...till people use the same right to not associate with them. People get this BS hypocrisy and laugh every time people see it.

One can only imagine what Twentieth Century Fox threatened him with if he didn't go on this public apology tour, starting with the Jimmy Kimmel show. The guy probably is already being threatened from all sides.

He looked awful and sad on that show, it was pathetic but he was pushed in a corner.
