Separatists have been, and would have been using anti air weapons because the Ukrainian forces have aircraft. The separatists do not have aircraft, so why would the Ukrainian army be shooting things out of the sky?
Who would benefit more from shooting down a passenger plane and causing an international incident? Russia or Kiev?
Why eliminate the U.S. in that CT (conspiracy theory)? This event has deflected attention away from the increasingly unpopular southern border illegal alien invasion crisis.

And there is the inescapable facts right there. The separatists have no air power. Ukraine has no need to man their BUKs

Maybe try a little logic.
Logic: the rebels thought they were targeting a military plane. This is supported by the audio tapes and by their redacted internet posts gloating at taking down the plane- before they realized their mistake.
If O sends in NATO troop to Ukraine after this incident, you can be sure it was an American false-flag operation performed by the Kiev regime.
O has no rule over the UN or NATO..........yet. They will be going nowhere........and they shouldn't. Somebody screwed up and shot down a airline passenger plane. Why folks want to make more of it is the whole propaganda side of everything. Send the UN to Iraq. Why aren't you folks screaming for that? I guess if it's not in the headlines you don't care.
Who has possession of the black boxes? (There is more than one on each flight... redundancy requirements.)
Not verifiably sure yet, but the separatists claim to have sent them over to the Russian side. The Black boxes aren't important to the case though. Those pilots of the commercial jet never knew or saw the missile coming and they were most likely cruising on autopilot with one asleep and the other playing solitaire on his IPAD.
Cute little Malaysian stewardesses were serving lunch and the kids were probably playing in the isle. We do know they were flying above a cloud cover so they couldn't see the ground.
Actually, just another stupid move by the Rebels to move the black boxes and further implicate themselves. If they knew what they were doing they would know that black boxes don't mean crap when a civilian aircraft is shot down. Civilian aircraft have no surveillance radar and the missile tracks at 2.5 times the speed of sound. there would be no reason for a pilot of a civilian airline to take evasive action or even know the missile was airborne. In this case, Black box shows even, steady flight......then nothing.

I predict that Putin will turn over the black boxes as a gesture of cooperation to the International community. The black boxes are not very important. All they will show is that the plane was on autopilot flying at 33,000 ft at 546 MPH. Everything was perfectly normal until the instant the plane was blown out of the sky.
The debris field is where the smoking gun is. If a bomb was aboard the plane there will be residue inside the skin and the skin will show signs of being blown outward. If a missile was responsible, the skin will be fractured and stressed inwards like a crushed can. The explosive residue will also tell the country of origin.
I'll go out on a limb here and say that Putin will most likely find and turn over the rebels that actually fired the missiles to an international court. He needs to put a lid on this as soon as possible to salvage any chance of creating his Russian land bridge to Crimea using Ukrainian dissidents of Russian origin.
Eh you are right but Putin nor anybody else will do anything. Plane got shot down over a war zone. Sheet happens IMO and now all are trying to spin and blame.
Putin may do this or that but in the end it won't matter as most everybody will forget about it all in a month and go on and scream about what the media puts out next. So we the USofA rolls. Not pretty and it's taking us down but she rolls............
