Detroit water shutoffs are racially motivated, lawsuit claims - Washington Times

now I was wondering how that could be when the city is 85% black and run predominately by blacks...

...turns out the evil water companies are white.

"Attorney Alice Jennings, who filed the lawsuit on behalf of Detroit residents, said the shutoffs were a racial issue.
“These companies are basically Caucasian companies,” she told the station. “The folks who are being cut off are almost one hundred percent African-American.”

BUT I THOUGHT CORPORATIONS WEREN'T PEOPLE - AND NOW THEY ARE RACIST WHITE PEOPLE???? I'M SO CONFUSED.

LMAO, the residents of detroit have $89,000,000.00 (89 Million) in overdue water bills...

But as usual this is "a racial issue"

I guess when one lives in a socialist dreamworld everything is expected to be free paid by people who actually work...

Oops, I forgot, this is detroit where hardly anyone works and welfare/EBT cards are the norm...

If that's racist, then so are the following:

- TSA security checkpoints, as a higher percentage of white people fly
- progressive tax system US currently has, as whites have outsized percentage of top incomes that are taxed at higher rates
- employment background checks and drug testing - given whites higher participation (% and absolute) in the labor force, these policies unfairly target whites

It's easy to get confused when there isn't a solid foundation of knowledge. Let me help you out. A corporation is a separate entity that has rights and liabilities that are separate from its members and officers. A corporation can be owned by one person, a few people, or a large number of individuals. These "people" can be any race, religion or creed. That said, anything that is owned & operated by a person can and will be influenced by that individual or groups prejudices. So what it comes down to is a corporation as an entity can't be racist because a made up entity lacks emotions and opinions. But the people that control said corporation can act out their prejudices through the corporation...

I usually school conservatives on Wednesdays and Thursdays but I made an exception specifically for you on this Tuesday night MUTGR...

Some discrimination cases have merit while others don't. But what I can tell you with certainty is that there is no such thing as reverse racism and according to legal records and the FBI white in on minority discrimination as well as white on minority hate crimes far outweighs the opposite...
