Glad to see bipartisanship, I wonder if this will be enough and they did not address any changes in removing civil service employees but that would mean changing the system. They had obvious cases of negligence and incompetence but not one was acted on, particularly the issue with the whistleblowers.
It doesn't cost $15 billion to fire and replace the top leadership. I use leadership very loosely. Nothing is going to change other than the bottom line.
