I have to disagree with Sessions, the bill tweaks the 2008 bill and gives a fifth of the money asked for. Tweaking the 2008 act is the fastest way to solve this wave of aliens and some funding is needed to pay communities back. There is no need to include DACA now, this is a different emergency situation. This bill targets this particular crisis, no need to bog it down. If the senate rejects or adds to it, their name will be mud.
