Medicare acceptance has been quite steady these last years.

I only know of one doc out of about 60 that doesn't take Medicare. Aside from peds.
Medicaids are all over the place as Obamacare significantly raised reimbursement rates in some states.
My rough estimate is that maybe 10-20% of our local docs don't do Medicaid.
Many more docs have been cut from plans as the privates have long since known how to milk the system in their favor.
