Good thing you posted this. Otherwise I would have erroneously concluded that it might be murder to shoot an unarmed black man who decides to cease fleeing from a police officer who shoots him anyway, even with his hands up. Whew!

Which is what all this is about. The other stuff in between is just fodder and has nothing to do with the killing.

One shot was fired in the car. The final flurry of shots occurred when Michael Brown was outside the car, and reportedly retreating, and finally pausing and turning with his hands up in the air.

Don Lemon had an agenda instead of being a reporter. He should be fired.

They did report it, you just didnt hear it.

Just because YOU didnt know about it doesnt mean it wasnt reported.

further more, he was a suspect, not someone who was tried and convicted. You have already deemed yourself this mans judge and jury and found him guilty in your mind.

And whether or not he did do it has nothing to do with the fact that he was unarmed and killed by a police officer.

So, I guess that means you were there, right?

Yes or no answer
Yes and no. First off that's not what I commented on and not what your post said, insinuated or meant. Secondly, the facts are not out yet so "executed" is not the correct term (yet).
Third, if Brown in fact made a play for the gun while the officer was in his car then what happened is his own doing.
If facts show that was not the case then no, the shooting would not be a "good shoot".

Wait for the facts to emerge, injecting bias at this point is acting just like the race baiters out there.

Don't know for sure if they hit him. Wait for the autopsy, otherwise you may look foolish like the media is now for making this guy seem like an altar boy.

I don't think this cop will be prosecuted for murder or homicide or manslaughter, maybe excessive force.

Not because he probably doesn't deserve it, but the way laws are written, if the officer felt that Michael Brown was a threat to the safety of the officer OR of someone else, he apparently was justified in the eyes of the law in using deadly force. Sounds bizarrre but that's just what I saw a legal analyst on CNN saying.
