You keep typing but all I'm reading is "Waah, waah, waah."
Your reading comprehension skills are lacking and could use some improvement. Perhaps when they have improved your contributions might begin to say something relevant. There are no "other words" by the way.
While you're doling out "self improvement advice," perhaps you should reflect on whether your skills at being a "decent human being," "not a complete d-bag" and "citizen of the United States" could use some improvement. Work on that, and see a specialist about your bizarre hang-up about other people's sex lives and relationships, and THEN get back to everyone.
Or, in other words you can understand in your native language: "Waah. Waaah, waah."
My state also voted to keep marriage between a man and woman (I voted for this too). But, now it is being challenged. It shows many states and americans have a majority of people that favor traditional marriage between a man and woman. Its sad to see the state courts overturning what the people voted for!
Perhaps you will be so kind so as to provide the link where this is so otherwise your fictitious accusation remains libelous, false, intentionally provocative and another misdirection common to the losing side. Oh, and I shall continue to speak for whomever and whatever I so shall chose. Deal with it.

You tried to speak for society when you said "Neither society nor myself..."

In other words you believe in the tyranny of the majority.

And it's sad to see people like you who don't comprehend how your country's government works. The vote of the people doesn't have the power to overrule the Constitution. Get that through your head.

That is because the majority of voters cannot abridge the constitutional rights of a minority.
First of all, it is not state courts but rather federal courts that are ruling against discriminatory laws.
The basic and fundamental civil rights of some people are not subject to a popular vote.
It is proper and fitting that federal courts and the US Supreme Court step in to protect minorities from "the tyranny of the majority" when it comes to civil rights.
Is same sex marriage a civil right according to the US Constitution? So far about 35+ courts including federal courts and US Circuit Courts of Appeal have ruled it is; 1 single judge ruled it is not. Ultimately SCOTUS will have the final say.

Conservatives love, love, love the Constitution. Until it's used to give all those "other people" the same rights they receive. Then...not so much.

Votes a few years back do not mean the people still favor that. Secondly, the Courts job is to rule if the laws that were passed are Constitutional or not. That is why they exist.
