Basically a "which do you prefer" question. Both have been criticized as the "worst presidents ever."
I would honestly rather have Bush back. I can acknowledge some change was needed after 2008, but Obama was not the way to go. Bush seems to be a better person and more personable. He also loves his country and is more classy. Obama is just a whiner and never gets things done. Bush was also more supportive of our military and would have taken down ISIS by now.

The thing is, when you present baseless arguments like that, it's really hard to come up with intelligent responses. "Bush just loved his country more." You can't measure that. You have absolutely no way of actually knowing that to be true. And he was more supportive of the military? Really? First off, who cares if the president 'supports' the military. That literally does not matter, especially if he sends them off to babysit an unstable region of the world. Saying he had military experience (which he didn't) is relevant, especially if it was a high ranking position, but just supporting doesn't mean a thing. Plus, do you know how much acting is involved in the president's job. I can pretty much promise you, neither of them are nearly as patriotic or personable as they try and appear.
As for who would I rather... ehh. If those are my two options, I think I'll take my chances if Canada until 2016.
Despite the Democrat vs. Republican schism America is experiencing right now, both of these so-called leaders are incompetent buffoons who should never have been elected in the first place. They are far more similar than they are different, and despite the claims of the "hopium" peddler now occupying the Oval Office, American core policy has not changed a single iota since Dubya left office.
Seriously... Since Obama has been elected Commander-in-Chief, the U.S. has seen more poverty, more destabilization in the Middle East directly attributed to American foreign policy and a national debt that has continued to soar to such a level that your great-grandchildren will have no hope of paying it off in their lifetime. But hey, at least the President's black. Now that's progress!
