Alas Im getting past the age to do that stuff. time flies...
You would fight to conquer people and make them submit to the U.S. federal government... that is ... sad. It really says a lot that you would be perfectly fine committing violent acts to make the people of Mexico submit to the fedgov without their consent....

None.

I probably wouldn't even bother if my own country was attacked unless it was an invasion of sorts or my home town, family, or friends were involved. As a resident in a flyover state, I'm not rushing to sign up if New York, Los Angeles, or DC gets attacked. I'm not risking my life to protect the interest of the coastal elites.

Why? Americans volunteered to fight in the British and Canadian armies before the US entered WW2. What's ridiculous about it?

None, unless I can be a General.
If I can't be a General I will take my gun and go home.

I mean damn, who was free in 1779? Not people of African dissent, not women, not children, not Irish, or Catholics, etc

I would say that - compared today - we in the USA are a lot more "free" than those in 1779
Love how you leftist only see the drops of bad in a ocean of good...

isn't that kind of a self centered view on life? Do you benefit from any of the freedoms our country has given us? If you think you don't, you may want to take a closer look, if you do benefit, maybe you need to think of what a take over from some countries could mean to all of us?

Uh. This nation has been loosing freedom wholesale for the last 100 years. It doesn't even rank on the top 10 for economic or social freedoms world wide.

You are just repeating propaganda. (Or you simply do not understand the core principles of self-ownership that the ideas of freedom are based upon.)

If the people the U.S. government were fighting were from one of the many countries that have more freedom than the U.S.A., there is plenty of a chance that the people the U.S. government would be fighting would be a "liberating force" bringing more freedom to the U.S.
