How about we deal with the facts on the ground TODAY.
ISIS is in the process of taking over the City of Kobani on the border between Syria and Turkey.
Turkey has a line of Tanks watching -- they are historical enemies of the Kurds who are defending Kobani.
The USA has "gone poof" -- we don't care about the City of Kobani, even though Team Obama claims these will be the USA "boots on the Ground". Bottom line is .... ISIS is cleaning our clock and will use this as a Great Victory to show that they Defeated the weak USA.
Looks a lot like the "Defeat and Destroy ISIS/ISIL" is Smoke and Mirrors to get through the 2014 Mid-Term Elections. Obama is 'reactionary". He has NO "Strategy". His Military Forces kill Trucks and do everything they can to avoid killing Terrorists .... like ISIS/ISIL.
You think this is bad now ...... just wait, it's going to get a lot worse.
So, your solution would be to let the Muslims force acceptance of their soi-disant religion on everyone else (including Christians) so that their lives might be spared?
When the Muslim hordes overran the Christian lands in the eleventh century, slaughtering thousands of Christians, and all of Western civilization (and Christianity) was threatened, the response was the Crusades.
Today, we face a similar threat, as it is the goal and aim of Islam (just as in the eleventh century) to "unite" the World under an Islamic Caliphate, by force, if necessary.
It would do you good to read a little further down and see who stopped them. Most people have no idea the true story, including people who claim to be Christians.

This type of logic seems so short sighted to me. It didn't stop, it just moved on to the next area, like a virus. So where does the spread end? The goal is to convert the whole world by any means necessary, isn't it? They have already infiltrated several European countries. When the rest of the world is converted, you don't think they are going to come after the US? Isn't it better to stop them long before that point?

2. In the years 1915-23, Armenians say they lost 1.5 million people. Armenia was the first Christian country, so it held special significance to the Muslims. Greek Christians also suffered just as badly from Ottoman Turks.
Muslim history just keeps repeating itself, so why are we all that surprised at what ISIS is doing in this age?
The story in the Middle East has not changed for 1500 years...
Same old story, but seems worse because you would think that they would have evolved in 1,500 years - not the case, but perhaps these are the end times.
