Most of the short term influences, with the exception of greenhouse gas emissions and probably volcanoes (but see Neely et al 2013), have had a cooling influence. As a result it is unsurprising that we have seen a reduced rate of warming over the past 16 years. The fact that there has been any warming at all is strongly supportive of the warming effect of greenhouse gas emissions.
Wow. I'm impressed. You actually finally admit that there are other influences on climate than merely CO2 I am flabbergasted, since you have DENIED such time and time again.

Not the melting of glaciers that grew during the Little Ice Age, and are melting as a result of the LIA?

One again, the AGW crowd continues to look at the last 150 years and treat that as something unusual. No context.

The AGW lie continues to be built upon a foundation of sand.

Sea level and global ice volumes from the Last Glacial Maximum to the Holocene

The last time the sea level was this high was around 120,000 years ago. http://www.cmar.csiro.au/sealevel/images/fig_hist_1.jpg
The rate is still only under 3mm a year for the last 100 years. Been there done that. How many meter rise occurred 8000 bp?

Not like we can do anything about it anyways.

Really, how much evidence does one need to accept global warming as a fact that it is. The following article is from USA Today. I have put in bold the more salient points of the article.

Study: Recent sea level rise is highest in 6,000 years
meanwhile the sealevel has NOT risen at all...

William the Conqueror began building, what is now known as the Tower of London, in 1078. The Tower is situated on the north bank of the river Thames, within the tidal section at the eastern extremity of London. There were no flood-control locks at this time, the first being built in 1633. The Tower was constructed a few feet above the high tide mark and still sits a few feet above the high tide mark. Many tapestries and paintings of the Tower shortly after its completion show that the sea level has not changed!

1000 years and no significant sealevel change

That can't be true .... 6000 years ago, the earth wasn't invented yet.

But they have been rising since the end of the last ice age, this is nothing new. As far as the a rate goes you can certainly see different rates looking the graph from The Battery.

Sea Level Trends - Variation of 50-year Mean Sea Level Trends

Quote:
Linear mean sea level trends were calculated in overlapping 50-year increments for stations with sufficient historical data. The variability of each 50-year trend, with 95% confidence interval, is plotted against the mid-year of each 50-year period. The solid horizontal line represents the linear mean sea level trend using the entire period of record.

But none of you understand, they like the climate exactly how it was in 1880 and feel the earth should just cooperate and never change.
