The "czar" job is about managing panic in the public stirred up by the media and fanning the flames by the Republicans with an eye to the elections next month. There is no Ebola threat in the US at this time and probably never will be. Had Texas Preby done their jobs professionally we would not be in the current predicament, either.
The czar job is spin & PR for the administration in other words.

It may remain small and we might have no more casualties but with 2 cases currently and one death after which one of the two exposed herself to the general public the claim sounds like you were vying for the czar position yourself.
At this time NO ONE can make this claim. It can only be expressed as a hope right now.
The US does not issue visas to Africa or from Africa.
There are, I think, 47 countries in Africa, across almost 12 million square miles. Three of those countries, among the least populated, have an Ebola epidemic, right now.
Sure we can cease to issue visas to anyone traveling from those three countries and feel like we did something. Can't hurt. Yet, in doing so it has the potential to create a false sense of security.
That a reported daily average of 100-150 people arrive in the US each day who have connected to flights in Morocco or Belgium, does not mean those incoming flights are chock full of African nationals. Given most of the hot zone nationals have no clue where their next meal is coming from, they cannot afford a visa, alone an international plane ticket.
US humanitarian and medical aid workers, as well as the media go in and eventually return to the US.
And any one or more of them could be the next Duncan.
The commercial global exit points from the hot zone, are Casablanca and Brussels and reportedly about 2/3 of those passengers eventually connect to other destinations in Europe, Asia and the US. Casablanca is a short ferry ride to Spain. Brussels is a 3 hour train from London.
The US created a ( reciprocal) Visa Waiver Program in 1988 to facilitate visa-less travel between the US and other countries. There are, I think, about 40 countries, mostly in Europe, that no longer require visas of US citizens and vice-versa.
Your or my neighbor's 25 year old son just returned from a trip to Europe. Do you know who/what they encountered along the way? Heck, is he aware of who or what he encountered or perhaps is in denial?
Flights all over the world are being disrupted because of Ebola scares. Gawd forbid anyone has a too common case of traveler diarrhea during a flight. This is not a sustainable situation. There will be an international response.

Mom .... you posted a couple of pages back that Duncan (Patient Zero that brought Ebola to Texas) got his VISA to the USA back in August. Now you have a whole 'nother Fairy Tale to sell. Can a passenger get on an airplane in Liberia and do a One Way ticket to Belgium? Probably, but then he/she has to hang around Belgium and pay top dollar for a One Way ticket to the USA. It's impossible to do multi-city flights in you don't have a proper VISA for your destination.

If, in the off chance, she spiked a fever/became symptomatic, what was her Plan B to seek immediate medical care?
We don't know if the hospital and/or county and/or state and/or CDC knew she intended to board a 7 day cruise on 10/12. She had to have been aware that nurse 1 had been admitted to the hospital on 10/10.
Denial is a primitive instinct.
IIRC, the timeline for Duncan started on Sept. 26 when he first went to the ER. It's possible that's the last time the lab supervisor had anything to do with Duncan's blood. The cruise left Oct. 12, 16 days later. So OK, she self-monitored for 15 days, not 19. The reliable news sources are saying she MAY have handled a blood specimen, which would have been in a tube.
