While the viral load is lower in asymptomatic people, it's still there and starting to climb by the time someone is feeling under the weather -- and Ebola is an illness where it takes very few viral particles to catch the disease.

Same stuff on public transit except touching the bar everyone holds onto while standing on the subway. And so on, and so forth.

I'm good with making doctors that come back from Africa bring their own balls if they are going to bowl. In three months we will never hear of this great risk again.

I am curious about something else also. We have spent billions and billions of dollars with international health organizations but we still have this?

Again, I could be wrong but from what I understand you can not get ebola from someone this way. Please correct me if I am wrong or don't bother replying with the same stuff.
If Spencer were contagious and he went bowling, it's possible he could contaminate something that others would touch and then put their fingers in their mouths. It's pretty remote, but it's there.

If it's remote it doesn't take locking them in a hospital especially when they show no signs of illness.

You wonder what the President threatened him with in private, because you know that's how it went down if this is indeed the case.

Excuse me? Spencer has Ebola! And there's no such thing as "a little bit" of Ebola. You either have it, or you don't.

I have no idea where "A little bit" figures into this.

You aren't talking about the same person. Spenser wasn't quarantined against his wishes.
