No it didnt.. Their "income" was convered to wealth, which made them even richer..

Their taxes on that income rose, but thats because they didnt get as much of it.. While you might celebrate that as a good thing, this allowed them to grow wealth which you guys hate..

You will also see in that chart that increasing or decreasing income inequality cannot be positively correlated with increased or decreased general prosperity.

The best part of a capitalistic society is that if a company wants to sell, it must find the price the market will pay. Wouldn't you agree?

Lets see.. i want to see you cite for me a link which shows the US Government has jurisdiction to tax a business located outside of the country..

Absolutely, and those who provide those services get rich doing it while those who dont, sit back and whine about profits being made by others.

Which means, when costs are artificially inflated, that the company, if they are not driven into bankruptcy, will sell fewer goods at a higher price.
