Isn't this rich? The Kennedys have a history of wealth accumulated by cronyism.
---------------------------------
Former Rep. Patrick Kennedy (D-RI) has just published an op-ed in Ozy titled, "What No One is Saying about Marijuana," where he sounds the alarm that "Addiction is big business, and with legal marijuana it’s only getting bigger."

A recidivist drug and alcohol abuser (who has miraculously avoided jail time despite committing crimes while under the influence that would send lesser mortals to prison on felony convictions) arguing for the continued imprisonment of adults choosing to responsibly consume a substance is rich in its own right. But for a third-generation Kennedy to argue against ending marijuana prohibition because major profits will be made off of it is head-exploding irony and hypocrisy.

Patrick Kennedy is the unfortunate by-product of Ted Kennedy not wearing a condom for 90 seconds back in 1966. Just like his father, however, he's no stranger to alcohol and drug abuse, and honestly, should just shut the hell up when it comes to a topic like the legalization of marijuana. His entire family is an embarrassment of addiction and drug abuse.

Few people want to hear what he has to say, and likely fewer people have any respect for a rich clown who breaks laws and never suffers any consequences.

1. First generation builds the fortune.
2. Second generation just tries to hold on to it.
3. Third generation ends up as spoiled rich kids who pizz it all away.

That is one of the fundamentals of business and the Kennedy Klan is now in it's 3rd generation.
It appears like they have very little to offer the rest of us and should just quietly live their life, enjoy their grandfathers money and keep their thoughts to themselves.

Even the first generation would have had no business talking since they made their fortune from liquor.
