If she said such a horrific thing, Leftist are the ones who support her inability to be fired for such rhetoric as they are the teacher's union supporters, not the right. It is scary what kind of teachers are allowed to continue to teach because of tenure union rules.

What i think is even more interesting is how some people don't know when to shut the hell up. Blows my mind.

Teacher suspended for alleged racist remarks | WAVY-TV
This link has a few more details in it. I'm a conservative and I think she should have been fired. She said that to students on school grounds. Yeah, totally fire worthy offense - even an easy call.

The only thing I don't understand is this part of the story (from the one I linked)

Quote:
Camden County Sheriff Tony Perry said he has turned over evidence to the district attorney, who will decide if the teacher should face charges.
I just don't know what she could be charged with. Anyone?

Unless she has a set of special bombs that are targeted at ALL blacks, I wouldn't take too seriously what this dumb broad has to say.

It's freedom of speech, but as I always say:

Just because you can say something doesn't mean you SHOULD.

Based solely on what I read in the link, I don't see anything for a charge - absolutely should be fired. I guess they would be checking to make sure it wasn't said in a way that would be a threat.

To children in a classroom though? I think that warrants firing.
