Gruber's the same guy who thought the state exchange tie-in to the subsidy would force all 50 states to set up their own exchanges...the issue going before the Supreme Court.
If the Republicans can figure out how to do some semblance of a decent job, the Dems will be wandering in the desert for a long, long time.
They might as well be saying, "If you think you are too stupid to know what you want or need, vote for us."
Gruber admits to deceiving the Congressional Budget Office to the point of knowing they would show Obamacare to be unsustainable if they were honest about it.
I wonder what the SCOTUS and CJ Roberts will think about this when they decide it's fate. Remember he cast the deciding vote for it based on it being a tax.
In reality this subsidy nonsense is just another word for people who have to pay extra taxes into Obamacare to cover all the ones that don't pay anything. Of course this does not even tough upon the agreement he made with insurance companies to cover their losses with even more taxpayer money if it does not make them money.
It seems to me a lot is riding on the peoples faith in government if this abortion of a law is not struck down.

They predicted 13 million would signup for Ocare this year and have reduced that number to 9 million.
These 9 million have about 30 days to get signed up.

The crowd at the Golden Corral couldn't figure out whether Medicare, Tricare, VA, or Medicaid has served them best. Its all free... Everyone was adamant that Obummercare was a total Obamaniation even though not one out of the crowd was familiar with paying monthly premiums. Thats how it is when you have been at the entitlement trough for so long.

And we still don't know. The Federal Register is still getting pummeled with changes/additions, and the Boy King has delayed key provisions via Executive Order.

Well they needn't have worried because since then the video has gone over the top viral to the extent that Rush Limbaugh led his show talking about it at length this morning as did Sean Hannity on his radio show.
In addition, the video made it into the mainstream media other than Fox News when Jack Tapper showed the video today on The Lead and The Hill has an article about it as well.
