Not at all like Obamacare which is tax penalties..

The Obama administration LIED and told everyone they were the same..

They arent.
There are plenty of people here who still can't afford the premiums so they are forced to take the tax penalty.

An apt assessment of the democrats.

In other words, bow down to King Obama and just do as told instead of creating a solution, freely arrived at instead of dictated followed by punishment. Ever hear of the will of the people?

If Obamacare is so great, put it to a national vote, something Obama has been afraid to do. More of his lies would be exposed.

Are you another dem who considers only their own position "logical" so you can claim to be correct 100% of the time? No other position could possibly have any merit at all?

That is the party line. Just look at all the posts of your fellow dem supporters, even in the face of a resounding defeat in the last election.

1- Who said that passing laws on top of laws on top of laws -- that's a good thing?

2- Why should we legislate everything? Hasn't the political class become more powerful as pages of laws have ballooned? Is this a coincidence?

3- If bureaucracy can also legislate, then why should Congress bother?

4- Finally, if Dear Leader can legislate or modify laws on his own, then what's the point of Congress?

I don't know about that. After all, now we have Gruber telling all how it was passed and many people are really riled up about what he says while the democrats don't even bother to deny it.

You mean like the administrations claims of the eight million who signed up, only to have proven to be only 6.7 million, and I wouldn't count on that being the final number. The more lies told about this piece of garbage the fewer people want to have anything to do with it.

Unfortunately the taxpayers are footing the bill for the $500-per-hour attorney hired by the "fiscally conservative party." I certainly hope Americans demand an accounting of the bill they are paying. I think the taxpayers should insist that the Benghazi and current lawsuit invoices be published on a weekly basis.

Funny that the GOP has to move forward with bone-headed ideas in order to discover what the country really thinks, rather than being smart and shrewd enough to gauge these reactions prior to the idiocy.

How soon they have forgotten the government shutdown a year ago that led to their popularity dipping below that of head lice.
