Do you have anything economical to add to your ad hominem?
Thank you, I'm glad we agree about that.
Basic concepts of economics and supply and demand, let alone most any type of science, is an anathema to most liberals. They think their "feelings" will change the world.
US drilling HAS reduced gas and oil prices, simply by the laws of supply and demand, which are not negated, despite liberal dogma.
Libs are wrong AGAIN.
US producers have to sell oil at a certain amount in order to be profitable. Thanks to the Saudi increase of production - they can afford to sell oil at a much lower prices than the US, oh and Russia - we are now dipping below where it's profitable for smaller US drillers. The type of drilling we have been increasing in the US has certainly lowered natural gas prices, but probably hasn't had much of an impact on a global commodity like crude oil.

Are you being ironic with that statement? Really, I hope that was an attempt at irony.
Remember when libs would always counter the calls for increased US oil production by saying that such measures would have little, if any, impact on gasoline prices?
Liberals wrong again- this seems like de-ja-vue all over again (Yogi Berra).
In his defense, it's not the drilling itself that has brought prices down. It's the actions OPEC has taken in response to the drilling. Had OPEC kept doing what they're doing, the change would be minimal. Now should the administration have realized that OPEC would've responded to this by starting an oil war, thereby making prices lower? That one is up for discussion.

Maybe so, but conservatives are prone to mistake their ignorance of economics and science for facts. While it is absurd to argue that US production increases have had no influence on world oil prices, if for no other reason than to influence Saudi production decisions, it is equally absurd to attribute the drop entirely to US production. World oil production is up, not just US shale, and world demand is down. The demand destruction from US conservation together with a stumbling economy outside the US is working in tandem with increasing supplies to undercut prices.

Listening to liberals on issues of economics is a couple steps below using a witch doctor to cure cancer.
The fact that you ignore facts just to take a swipe at liberals says alot.
