The police are public employees and as such have no expectation of privacy while performing their jobs.
It has already been ruled on by the SC.

Cops are mostly psychopaths who will bully and illegally arrest anyone who challenges them in any way, even if they are completely in the wrong.

They are addicted to violence and their own egos to the point where they create situations just to get their adrenaline fixes.

There is nothing that gets a cop higher than beating the crap out of someone, except maybe to empty a clip into them.

I'm not pro cop by any stretch of the imagination.

But intentionally annoying them is pretty stupid. Let them do their jobs. It's tough enough out there without us as citizens interfering with them doing their jobs.

What difference does it make?

He's protected by a union.

That's a benefit for for everyone....

He wasn't interfering.

When its all on tape, it makes it harder to them to fabricate their reports and act like little choir boys in a courtroom.

They certainly know this already.

Thus the aggressive over-reaction by the deputy.
