I would think it would be a good idea to pay employees enough to shop at your store? Look at the sales they are missing.

Median = the amount the majority of workers make.

lets do some actual numbers.

8 cashiers make 7.25, the 9th and 10th have been working there 10 years and makes 15.00

thats an average of 8.80 an hour

but obviously, the median is 7.25.






which is still a straw man because it took 6 years when it could have happened then.

I don't think you know what "median" means.

The sign has been up for months. Meaning they have not found that wage to lure someone that can speak english.

This is all over the city and into the smaller towns surrounding.

Rural small town walmart cannot afford that.
