Literally everything that has been manufactured was in some way made by/with fossil fuels. Cheaper fossil fuels will boost the economy, provide more jobs, put more money in our pockets...

We use a hell of a lot more fossil fuels today than we did back in the 1970's and our air and water is much cleaner today

What revolution; that is a log ways off. Thankfully because we need to replace 13K other essential products made from crude other than fuels. Alternatives also need to stand on their own.

The train I drive burns fuel oil although the company is toying around with LNG powered units.

I use diesel in my P/U and I burn all my trash.
