Violent crime has been on the decline thanks to increased incarceration rates and high abortion rates among the underclass. And the decline has come after a historic increase in crime following the leftist policing policies that was ushered in after the 1960s.

Actually its more complex then that. Some may be due to incarceration-but theres evidence to the contrary on that one as well. A lot of people attribute it to removing lead from our gasoline. And no, I am not joking. Theres some serious correlations...
