I wouldn't say lying right away. There are factors that you don't know. You are not the person in the white house. You don't know what he has to deal with. Sometime people give him pressure, and only he knows at that time, and no one else.

Is not an easy job to be a president. Even if he has the heart to do what's right, but there are house and congress that he needs to deal with. Think about it, if you are one person to go against a school, who do you think will win? Chance is probably the school, and not right. So, the same rule apply here, president is kind of single out because of the number of Republicans in both chamber.

Then if he thinks it right then do it and be honest about it, don't lie about it but LYING is a habit of Obama's

I don't think lying is his habit. I think is simply because of the position that he's in. There are things that he just simply can't do and control.
