Something is fishy here. The census is only take once every ten years on the durn of the decade. The last one was in 2010, and the next will be in 2020.

Somebody is either running a scam on you or may have some other nefarious notion in mind. I would call your Congressional Representative immediately and have him look into it. The local FBI office should also be notified.
