Judge rules EPA lied about transparency, tells agency to halt discrimination against conservatives - Washington Times

Lying and destroying evidence is pervasive in this administration. Why do liberals put up with this behavior?

Seems to be par for the course for the current executive branch.

You know they are for the common Joe., but is not the case in practice. They Loth independence and the Middle class.

This would be a Great Debate question against the DNC Opponent.

Fortunately for Obama, that unlike Nixon, no one in his party gives a damn about the Constitution.

Call, Email, FAX your CongressCritter - tell them you want a Law (if we don't already have it) that Perjury before a Congressional Committee WILL result in Prison time.

This business of "we can LIE all we want, because there are NO consequences to it have got to stop.

Having a US Attorney General in your hip pocket who believes his/her only JOB is to protect The Obama, helps a lot.

That said -- you hit the nail on the head. Our major problem is not this perfect storm of Corruption, but that what used to be known as the Democratic Party ....... turns a blind eye to it.

News from TeamObama today ....... he thinks he has the Executive Authority to impose Taxes without Congress.

White House Press Secretary Josh Earnest confirmed Monday that President Obama is "very interested" in the idea of raising taxes through unitlateral executive action.

I often wonder ...... at what point would Democrats (or what used to be known as Democrats) draw the line? Would they be OK with the Putin style of Assassination in the Streets of Political Opponents? Maybe - if the Constitution, the Congress and Separation of Powers, the Courts and the Elections ..... ALL mean nothing ...... I think you can stick a fork in this country. Political Assassinations are just around the corner for those who think we "don't need any stinking' Law to do what we want."

The Ends Justify the Means leads to either a Dictatorship or Anarchy. Yet to be determined.

Back when the Constitution was created, we had duels at 10 paces, lynch mobs, town square stockades, and hangins, to deal with it. Jail was too good and getting off never happened.
