Sorry, I don't maintain a religious belief that goes against the facts. So no, the recession did not start 'long before then.' It started when it started. I'll grant you Barney Frank and the Senate Dems controlling the House banking Rules caused the Housing crash and that started before Dec 2007.
You'll just have to have your religious belief that goes against the facts and I'll stick to the facts.

I never said the recession started long before 2007, I said the causes of the recession were in motion long before 2007. But you seem to think the recession was the cause of the Democrats in 2007, that is incorrect.

True, so what did the Democrats do, or even propose, to stop the upcoming economic collapse that we were told was coming?

What..now moving the other goal post ?
How's about we stick to OFFICIAL dates ?

Great Recession - Wikipedia, the free encyclopedia
According to the U.S. National Bureau of Economic Research (the official arbiter of U.S. recessions) the US recession began in December 2007 and ended in June 2009, and thus extended over 18 months.

So then what specifically happened December 2007 that caused the recession to start because it obviously wasn't anything that could cause it to happen before that date when we go by right winger logic.

Good luck with this, I've been trying to get this out of him for about 10 threads. Best I can tell, it's a belief based on a religious conviction or a delusion of some unnamed false fact....maybe it's top secret.

RW logic ? The OFFICIAL dates are just that. No RW or LW logic involved.

Don't you trust your government ?

FWIW: Sort of blows the whole theory that it ended because of the election of Republicans at the end of 2010, who didn't take office until the beginning of 2011.
