AGAIN, under a Democracy, we get majority rule, we dont have majority rule.. Majority selects a REPRESENTATIVE to decide the rule of law.

If we were a Democracy, blacks might not still not be allowed to vote, since only whites would have been able to vote to determine this. ACA wouldnt be the rule of law, since the majority oppose it. The speed limit of 55 on the highway, probably never would have been the law of the land, since the public, never voted on the speed limit..
Who the hell ever said we're "just" a democracy?

Any service that all pay for but only some use is socialistic.

I think most of us learned that we are a Republic by the time we got to the third grade.

The difference of course being a Democracy is for the majority, a Representative Republic is for the minority.
You have NOT addressed the point I made

Anytime any liberal. or anybody other than a conservative, refers to America as a "democracy" the righties all attack, accusing them of not understanding basic civics, and babbling about Benjamin Franklin and 2 wolves and a lamb deciding what to have for lunch

The OP throws the word stupid around loosely. I suggest that he look in the mirror the next time he chooses to use it.
