The Constitution doesn't grant anyone the right to be a racist. The free-speech clause of the First Amendment was intended to protect political speech -- speaking out against your government without fear of repercussion. It was never intended for racists, pornographers, and other dregs of society to hide behind.
Porn is legal, and KKK rallies have had police protection. But I've yet to see anyone not get in trouble for just beating someone's ass if they didn't like what that person said.

No, not really. Trailer trash is accepted slang terminology in our culture to denote ignorant and lowlife scum. It is understood that some people living in trailers are actually very nice. The fact someone would continue to use racial slurs after being asked to drop it provides sufficient evidence that that person could indeed be put into this category. Person could be black, white, or purple, does not matter. It is more a statement of the person's level of ignorance than a condemnation of the trailer lifestyle, specifically.
Derogatory description for person who seems well-suited to residential life in a mobile home park and is distinguished by poor hygiene, foul language, slovenly or slutty clothing, and general ignorance. Recreations include drinking malt liquor in lawn chairs under tattered R.V. awning and teenage pregnancy. Close synonymn for poor white trash. Can also be used as literal term for personal effects strewn by tornado when ripping though mobile home park.

Yo Joe, You would have thought that I would have learned by now. There are those who can do, there are those who wish they could do, and then there are those who hide and pray that someone will come do it for them. Ironiclly these are the same folks qiuck to bash on the cops, quick to bash on us miltary types and quick to get a lawyer when they get in too deep.
I have stood and watched these types let their children be harrassed, pushed around and belittled. We wonder that Americans have lost the iron we once had in our spines.

Something comes to mind. It may have been my father who said or I heard it else where. Don't let your mouth write a check your butt can't cash. That boy wrote such a check. He had the right to call the police bit chose not too. Wonder why? Could it be he realised he was a total jerk and deserved exactly what he got? Golf and tin- I think you both did the right thing. You politely let them know that they were being offensive, they continued to be bigots and they got what they deserved. Golf, obviously, the moron finally understood what you were saying. He "got it" when you suggested the violence. Ya gotta speak in a language that they understand and for so many bigots, violence is their first language.
I'm not a violent person, but have learned that there is a time for it. I've used the threat of violence twice and my friends thought it was so out of character for me, but it solved the issue both times. Some people just need to have that line in the sand drawn a little deeper.

You see, it might be accepted by you but I'm 100% positive it would not by someone who lives or has lived in a trailer, it's a racist statement agianst a certian group of people, so when you rag on someone else for being racist you should watch what you say yourself. Personaly I don't care what people say, I just choose not to get upset over someone speaking trash.
