It actually has quite a lot to say about it.
No, it discusses sex, not marriage itself. While it's likely that a married couple is going to have sex so is that same couple that comes in asking for a birthday cake, or a graduation cake. Events that a owner has no problem being a part of even though they are away that the couple buying the cake is living against the law of YHWH. The actual act of two gay people getting married is however never mentioned .

Augh, that's a totally different story then. I disagree with you and that is OKAY.

Has there been a case of an Islamic baker refusing service? So far all I have seen are Christian bakers refusing service.

No. This bill is different than the federal law and all of the state laws other than Texas in that all those laws address disputes between the government and a person. The Indiana law goes further to address disputes between two "persons". Persons now means corporations and businesses according to the SC. Texas has a law that extends so-called religious freedom to persons, but it explicitly exempts civil rights.

When AZ did this last year, it was the same issue. AZ passed is religious freedom in 2012, but like all the rest it was only about government. When they tried to modify it to included individuals in 2014, they ignited a firestorm. In a rare display of good sense, the governor vetoed it.

But politics in AZ were different too. The bill there was opposed not only by the gays and businesses, but by prominent Republicans including the two senators and most of the congressional delegation as well as many other Republicans along the political pecking order. In Indiana, Republicans apparently did not actively oppose the bill.

We Americans already had this discussion back when it was over Blacks and lunch counters over 50 years ago.

Guess what? Prejudice, discrimination, and bigotry lost. Equal access, equal opportunity, and civil rights won.

Remember?

A quote from the North Carolina conservative Governor Pat McCrory below. Anyone with a half ounce of common sense would ask what is the problem they are addressing.

“What is the problem they’re trying to solve?” McCrory said during a radio
interview, according to the Charlotte Observer. “I haven’t seen it at this point
in time.” - See more at:

Its not what I asked. If an Islamic baker refused a gay couple would the left freak out?

Totally irrelevant.

No where in the US Constitution or the laws of this land are "Jesus" or "Christ" or "Bible" or "Christianity" or "Church" or "Heaven" or "Hell" ever mentioned.

We do not live in a Theocracy.

When will people understand that???
