I would think that YOU would go after he OP for posting his CLAIM and DISTORTING what the judge said.

"Scalia said that while the Constitution does not disallow the passage of legislation outlawing such discrimination, it doesn't itself outlaw that behavior:

And we KNOW Huff Post would EVER distort the truth to further IT'S AGENDA!

It is a rigid, idiotic way to interpret the Constitution, one that gives no consideration to the changes in society over time. Women were not meant to be subservient forever, given less consideration as a matter of course, and never should've been viewed that way in the first place.

Over the next 8 years, we're going to see the Court flip back to being left-leaning. Hopefully during this time, pathetic Justices like Thomas and Scalia can disappear. They are an embarrassment in their attempts to take us back a few centuries on these types of matters.
" Scalia is an imbecile, along with his backwards right-wing colleagues."

Right on cue.

Explain why the left so hates and attempts to ridicule ANYONE who has different beliefs then their own.

What makes YOU think YOU are so intelligent and people you disagree with "imbeciles"

If you CAN'T stand on your own arguments, attack the other side.

Sound like YOU aren't so secure in your own beliefs that instead of discussing the issue you go on a personal attack on the person you disagree with.

There is no such thing as womens rights. You get your rights as an individual not because you were born a certain gender or race.

They don't promote it.
