What did I say about math? A stable economy requires a stable population. Immigrants boost the replacement rate to stable levels. Without immigration, our population (thus our economy) actually would decline. Immigrants working boosts economic demand and production, not vice versa.
I don't buy that, sorry.

There ARE jobs out there but; wages have fallen like a rock in many "blue collar" and even some white color ones. Please tell me again why we need open immigration? I'm Ok with letting in a few legal aliens but, ALL illegals need to leave. Period.

I have no problem with legal immigrants. I don't personally have a problem with illegals either but right now is not a good time for amnesty, and the US needs to control its borders better.

Don't you ink it makes more sense to have the best and the brightest than people who are ess likely to contribute value? If what you said is true, then the democrats are protecting high skill workers but not low skill workers. Then how could they champion the whole little guy advocacy? They are essentially helping those who hae more means than those who have less, isn't that true? And those with more means then blame the poor for hating immigrants, when they aren't affected.

At least it makes more sense to bring high skill workers.

Liberalism never defined pro immigration as a business case. It is the eho,e people's history of he United states thing. If liberals were more against h1bs and less against undocumented immigrants, then I do not respect that position since they make low skill workers compete more than high skill workers. That doesn't make sense.

Don't let yourself be duped, folks.

h1b and illegal immigrants are simply not the same thing.

MANY happy talented American born engineers work well with H1B visa holders because these foreign workers make their projects better and their companies more competitive.

Many H1B visa holders work very hard for their companies because they want their companies to grow. Many get paid pretty well, and they are not slave workers.

Stop grouping everybody together. Stop generalizing. Everybody working on an H1 here is not the same.

Here is a very interesting article

The Hate Spewed against H1-B Visa Holders here is astounding

Heres a clue-liberals aren't about killing business. Many of them ARE business owners in fact.

Yes some are about amnesty. many arent.
But liberalism main voice, in the media and the public discourse, has a unified pro amnesty stand. Is that not true? If sone liberals are against amnesty, then they aren't expressing their views. Most just simple cheer on a democratic president, and then they privately resent stuff. I have touched upon this many times.

Liberals who ***** about these things here don't speak up. You can't blame people for not understanding liberals differences when liberals hide such differences. The overwhelming voice of liberalism has been pro any type of immigration, as seen from the peoples history of the United staets perspective. Immigration itself is defined as a right, and documentation matters little.

If you do not want to be misunderstood, then start articulating.

I work with a ton of H1-B's. They're nice people, work hard.

So are most illegals.

In the end neither group is doing us any favors long term. Both lower our wages, and damage our future.

That is perhaps true and I agree.

See, it is a liberal hypocrisy. Many liberals are well educated professionals. They see h1bs as a threat. It sht same emotional stuff that they accuse the rednecks.

Here is their assumption. Hurt others in ways they consider hurting. But don't do it to them.
