We both know there isn't enough evidence to impeach Obama.

According to anyone who isn't either a halfwit or a liar who reads the constitution. You can't use partisan insults to marginalize your opponents' objection to your policies when it's as clear as 2+2=4.

Nor can you use the "Supreme Court says so" excuse either, because the Supreme Court also declared abortion bans and slavery were legal at one point, so the Supreme Court changes over time.

There's nothing in the constitution about education, so why is the government designing a federal core curriculum? It doesn't take more than two brain cells to see that's unconstitutional. There's nothing in the constitution that would allow the federal government to mandate private health insurance companies to provide free medical exams and contraceptives. That's also unconstitutional.

Tons of things you leftists want to do aren't constitutional. You just pack the courts with activist judges who will rule based on political ideology rather than the constitution so you can do them anyway and you use withholding of federal funds to force the states to do what you want, as you are doing with Obamacare now by refusing Medicaid funding to states that don't want to implement insurance exchanges. The law doesn't force them to do it, so you strongarm them into doing what you want whether they like it or not.

So then you understand how the Founders intended the Constitution to be a living document?

It seems you don't understand who determines constitutionality..... Or you just simply don't agree.

There's no conservative, activist judges?

It's stupid for states to not accept Medicaid funding. Mass's insurance exchange has been successful pre ACA, so it's just partisanship not strong arming states.

Back to the title. The guy has limited head count and has to prioritize what his employees are doing. I'd say warrants and such are far more up the ladder than 2 people swapping a duck gun in the garage.

It's amusing how they think more laws are the answer. Clearly the terrified section if the population hasn't learned from history. So they try to feel better by attaching a sexual connotation to an inanimate hunk of steel and wood.

I've yet to hear anyone on the left explain the equation of how more laws = less criminals.

Don't be on it. Sheriffs cannot disobey a law at will. Just ask Sheriff Joe Arpaio about that one.

I never heard the left complain when sodomy laws were not being enforced.

When I was a teen it was well known that most of the local law enforcement officers would simply dump your weed if they caught you with it and send you on your merry way.

Too many laws.
