The government could create tons of jobs simply by repairing and reconstructing the crumbling roads and bridges in this country. Unfortunately, the political will isn't there, and my impression is that most Americans don't want to pay for infrastructure improvements.

How about we stop the Israeli welfare check, even for a couple of years...think of all the new infrastructure that would buy. Keeping that $3 billion a year we could replicate the Big Dig in Boston in a few years.

Most "Young Americans", don't want to do those jobs - they require a lot of very hard work.
