You know. One whose parents are both black and have a legacy going back to slavery and grew up in a black household. I don't think so to be honest. I think we will see a Hispanic president before that.

Allen West! LOL....I dunno....is there one that's not far right or far left? I mean far right you have Carson,West far left you have Deval Patrick and that Booker from NJ....maybe Mia Love? Young,Black,not so far right wing....of course she doesn't go back to slavery days I BELIEVE her family is Haitian..

Ive often commented that one of the many tragic legacies of Obama is that it is going to be much harder for another Black person to reach the presidency in the future. I always wanted Colin Powell or Condi Rice to become the first Black president, instead we got Obama ...

Will we have another Black president. Yes, but probably not for many years.

I want to know why it is important to have a president of any particular skin color. A lot of blacks were real excited when Obama was elected. I guess it was a sort of pride thing. I get that, but also think that focusing on race rather than qualifications is a bad approach.
