Why are we even there at all if your going to help them that way. Why isn't the American people getting updates from our Generals we don't hear much of anything other then a few CNN reports which is injected with opinion.

Khedery: 6,000 Iraqi forces fell to 150 ISIS fighters - CNN Video
General Ash Carter did speak out:

Quote:
Defense Secretary Ash Carter, in his first comments since the key town of Ramadi fell to ISIS, blamed the weak state of Iraq's military as one major reason for the city's fall..............

"What apparently happened was that the Iraqi forces just showed no will to fight," Carter told CNN's Barbara Starr. "They were not outnumbered. In fact, they vastly outnumbered the opposing force, and yet they failed to fight, they withdrew from the site, and that says to me, and I think to most of us, that we have an issue with the will of the Iraqis to fight ISIL and defend themselves."
Carter: Iraqis showed 'no will to fight' in Ramadi - CNNPolitics.com

I think that's more of a correct assessment than an opinion.

So now what???

GOOD! He got something right.

Yeah! War's a piece of cake from the comfort of your La-Z-Boy, eh? I remember Rumsfeld telling us the Iraq War would last at the most 5-6 months. How's that little piece of the "War is a walk in the park" BS working out?

Lets not forget, A) He made a campaign promise to withdraw from Iraq and B) American citizens wanted to pull out of Iraq as soon as possible without understanding the repercussions.

Let's take the best case scenario--we destroy ISIS. What's next?

It drives me spare , looking at this situation. I see a troop commitment coming, and its going to be a disaster. Its been, clearly, show, that ISIS is going to keep walking right over the Iraqis. Well, that's not quite correct. The Iraqis would have to hold a line for them to go over them. I can see ads for guns for sale. "For sale...Iraqi service rifles. Never fired, only dropped once". The US, meaning the Obama regime, has two choices. Let ISIS have the place, and all GBE hardware we gave the Iraqis, or go back in, and blow it all up , before ISIS gets it. The latter could be done with air and sea power. Drones, planes and cruis e missiles.

Sending troops back in is a fools venture. Best we can hope for is to, at least, deny ISIS the equipment we left there. If gbjs middle east debacle continues with troops, we will see a whole , complete, generation of our young people burned up like trash on the battlefield. Either KIA, maimed, or over the edge, mentally. Iraq is lost. Obama lost it, and declared "victory" as he watches it burn.

First President to repeat the Holy Quran and tell us the early morning call of the Azan
(Islamic call to worship) is the most beautiful sound on earth.

It's always someone else's fault, isn't it...

Pentagon Official Reacts Angrily to Obama’s ISIS Strategy Claim: ‘What the F— Was That?’

One military official reacted angrily to Obama’s blamesmanship: “What the f— was that,” the official told Fox News [regarding the claim he was waiting on a plan from the Pentagon]. “We have given him lots of options, he just hasn’t acted on them.”

Obama does have a strategy plan. Drag this out until he leaves office and hand it off to the person who sits in the Oval Office.

What repercussions?

You mean watching the region go straight to hell?

Yeah, the American people knew the repercussions. We just don't care about it.
