Tax Paying Citizens who have no say let alone allowed to read nor pass the TPP will be on the hook for "lost" corporate profits.

Leaked TPP investment chapter: Corporations can sue states in private courts ? RT USA

The recently leaked chapter from the US-led Trans-Pacific Partnership Free Trade Agreement (TPP) allows firms to sue the countries they are operating in via private courts, steering clear of national jurisdictions, WikiLeaks reported.

Now as everyone knows, Corporate Lobbyists write the majority of policies in Washington DC.

Shouldn't Corporations be suing each other that are responsible for policies and not the tax payers?

We are witnessing the continuous subversion of Governments around the World-the true power now lies with nationless corporations and banks-with loyalty and responsibility to no people on the planet, except those that control this cabal of economic interests. Politicians and their establishment political parties in this country have been bought and paid for long ago-now Corporations and Banks just write the legislation themselves. The New Normal.

Of the 100 Largest Economies in the World today there are now more of these nationless corporations than entire nations of people-and some lost and confused Americans are hollering to give these parasitic institutions more and more power and control.

Of course not. Honor among thieves as they say.

Corporations have taken over governments if you haven't noticed.

Does anyone still think NWO is a conspiracy theory ?
