Do these people do anything besides go on vacations? The first "lady" travels to London and Italy and we get to pay for it again. Liberals still think that the Obamas actually care about the "working class".
Liberals' mantra: do as I say, not as I do. Big money liberals avoid paying taxes, live in huge houses and fly in private jets....but they lecture us serfs on what we should be doing.
And to all the board's Liberals: the Bushes were not fiscal conservatives-----they were social conservatives. We were duped, too.

The numbers do not include visits to the Camp David presidential retreat in Maryland. ___ —14: Number of vacation trips taken by Obama since he took office in January 2009. —92: Number of days, all or in part, Obama has spent on vacation. —57: Number of vacation trips taken by Bush at this same point in his presidency. —50: Number of visits Bush made to his ranch in Crawford, Texas. —323: Number of days, all or in part, Bush spent at the ranch. —7: Number of trips Bush made to his family’s compound in Kennebunkport, Maine. —26: Number of days, all or in part, Bush spent in Maine.
Bush was also operating under a budget surplus for much of his presidency and those visits to his ranch were working vacations.
Obama and his family has lived high on the hog in a time of extreme financial stress for both our government and the American people. I would love to have received a nice Bush tax break check sometime during the great recession.

Bush inherited a prosperous America at peace. And a budget surplus. All presidential vacations for the past century or so are working vacations.

Bush left office with two ineptly mismanaged middle east wars that he allowed to devolve into unwinnable quagmires, costing trillions of dollars, thousands of lives and serving no national interest. He also left the worst economy in three generations.

GW Bush also spent more taxpayer money on vacations than any other president. Bush spent $20 million dollars in airplane flight costs just going to his ranch alone (but republicans ignore this, then they attack Obama for spending $128,781.) Bush's vacations costly
