Agenda, politics, policies. Not skin color, race, gender, or sexual orientation. I would take a Black, Female, Lesbian CONSERVATARIAN in a heartbeat.

Even you should know that the correct statement is "SOME conservatives don't care." There are people among you conservatives who are either a) not racist b) quiet about being racist or c) not shy about being racist (or bigots or sexists or xenophobic). How do I know this? I know some personally, who are not the shy ones.
At the core, I think this is why Trump resonates so well with some people and so repulsive to others. Don't believe any of that, and you're just embracing another alternative reality that yet again divides those just fooling themselves from those who know better.
Take for example your take on Oprah. Most open minded people can listen to someone speak about a subject, regardless who they are, and hear what they are actually saying. Judge accordingly. Were you able to listen to Oprah's speech the same way or were you already shutting down at the mere sight of her?
Though I'm not big on thinking celebrities are necessarily qualified to be our government representatives, Oprah's speech "touched" a lot of people -- obviously -- not so much because of who she is or what she believes but because of what she said, when/where and how she said it. She was for-the-most part addressing our problem of sexual harassment. Rather than focus on that, you launch into all this "divisive rhetoric" and "identity politics" ranting.
Either you're not listening or part of the problem. I suspect both now that I've read more than a few comments of yours.
PS: Obama was about as divisive as a peace pipe to me, and why do we strongly disagree about that too? You don't want to hear that either...
