The poison of liberalism has destroyed the state of california and is on its way to destroy the country. This liberalism is not the ideology of caring for anyone. The liberalism that is currently overcoming the deceived is liberal fascism. If you do not agree with their way of thinking they attack. The attacks are anyway they can, verbally you are a non caring bigot, racist hater in general. These so called liberal fascists have all but destroyed the state of california. They try and paint a rosy picture of california right now with the increase in budget. Don't let this fool you, california will go bankrupt. It has to. The numbers just are not there to pay all of it's legacy costs. Anyone that has a pension or anything else form this state, you better have another way to provide for yourself. It is coming. It can not be avoided.

The last two presidents we had have been the worst that could have possibly been elected. Notice how both have simply furthered the agenda of where the country is going. Both parties have one mind. There is no difference between the two. Ever notice which ever party gets elected both fill its ranks with the council on foreign relations and the trilateral commision. The last thing the country needs is another bush or clinton. Ask yourself honestly during your life span from your earliest remembrance do you see the country better of as say in the 60's,70's.80's,90's,2000's,2010's. The liberal fascists tout progression what we really have is regression.

During the time of 1960's to 1990's every college graduate had a job which included medical care, retirement and a decent wage. Now you get a wage and that's it. Sadly most people live in a fantasy world where illusion rules and reality is a reality tv show.

Indeed- liberalism= fascism

Most of the principles of liberalism revolve around suppressing other people's rights, all with the "best of intentions".

What kind of fool believes that a larger and larger government will yield more liberty for citizens?

1. suppression of free speech through political correctness
2.. suppression of free speech by "shouting down" opposing views
3. suppression of free speech through internet regulation and "fairness doctrine"
4. hate for the one opposition news channel- FOX
5. higher and higher taxes, reducing income earners to slaves of the government
6. More and more EPA regulations, limiting the use of land and water for property owners
7. Opposition to the 2nd, 9th, and 10th amendments
8. For the first time in US history, forcing citizens to buy something they may not want- Obamacare
9. suppressing any information that refutes the religion of the left- global warming
10. Limiting the rights of Christians
11. Limiting and editing books at public libraries (Huck Finn, Song of the South, ect)

1. Calling everything you disagree with, "liberalism", is just childish. George Bush was by no means a liberal and yet, his brand of conservative was considered wrong after the fact so now you want to place it on the left side of the political spectrum because you cant cope with the fact that their are major flaws within your own ideology

2. you could have replaced Council on Foreign Relations and Trilateral Commission with Ivy League grad, that alone proves the dysfunction within your rant.

That was a very succinct rant. Do you feel better now? Did you know that everything you describe was and still is advocated by the colluding business groups that own the Republican party. Fascism is the collusion between a government and businesses to eliminate competition in both the government and private markets order to increase profits and eliminate risk. Big business and the ruling Republicans prefer this to any form of market competition. That is too risky.

1. Free Speech fall upon the principle that the government will not arrest you, not that other citizen can not combat your speech with their own.

2. It is not suppression of free speech to be against someone else's views, you do it all the time, but I guess it is only right when you do it.

3. I have no idea what you mean here, would you like to explain in more detail ?

4. You hate MSNBC as do many others on this forum, so this is again, another argument of hypocrisy , but FOX is not the only Right wing news channel.

5. Democrats and Liberals are not for higher taxes in and of themselves, just as no conservative is actually for lower taxes in and of themselves. It is because You believe your stance is best for economic growth an d stability, same as us.

6. Conservatives want EPA regulations just as much as liberals, try and build on prime hunting land down here in the South and watch half the men in the county show up at the next County commission meeting.

7. There is no opposition to any of those amendments from the left

8. The government has forced people to buy car insurance for decades in some states, you can get kicked out of your own house if you dont have water or electricity as well, even for not having home insurance.

9. This one is just laughable. You dont believe in global warming thats fine, doesnt change the fact that people in coastal cities build their homes on stils when they know 20 years ago, they didnt have to.

10.No one is limiting the rights of Christian, you as a Christian do not have the right to preside over the life of another individual.

11. again,do you mind providing more info ????

How so? California has the highest GDP of any US state, ranks high with Texas in GDP per capita, and is the 8th biggest economy in the world.
The lowest GDP per capita states are all red states.

I'm confused, three of the last five California governors has been a Republican. No governor with that kind of back and forth between the parties is going to "destroy a state." At least I used to believe that before I read about Sam Brownback.

But that's not government control. You can still say whatever you want; the media might not like it, and likely neither will the public, which can come down to your employer in serious situations, but that's not suppression of free speech. I hate political correctness as well, but the government isn't the one doing it. It's the media. The media may very well be controlled by the government, but that's a separate issue.

This is pretty much the same thing as your first point. Shouting out opposition is however a form of free speech, rather you accept that or not.

It's also worth noting that conservatives do this just as much. I don't think a news anchor exists that shouts over guests more than Bill O'Riley.

This one I sort of agree with, though I don't think it's happening to the extent you'd have us believe.

Smart people recognize that literally all the major news outlets are all terrible. I hold great disgust for CNN, MSNBC, and Fox equally.

And I agree on this one. The only problem is the rich and the poor get away with paying less.

Regulations exists as a precautionary measure. I think all regulations should be temporary and not lost more than 5 years. Punishment for failing these regulations should be small, but noticeable. Certain regulations are unjust, but some are important and it's quite sad that corporations need to be told not to dumb toxic chemicals into fresh water.

I agree with you on the 2nd amendment.

The 9th amendment is a vague one, which can be argued anyway one chooses. I'd say both sides have had run ins with it.

The 10th amendment simply states that the states have authority where the federal government or people have not already claimed it. I know of know one who actually opposes it; most just try and expand federal government power, which is technically within constitutional boundaries.

Agreed. Healthcare should be optional.

That's not happening. There may be a few isolated incidents, but as a whole, no law passed, that I can think of, only applies to Christians.

Book censorship is hardly a partisan thing. The two ideologies have done this throughout time.
