That picture, which represents how the vast majority exercise that right has nothing to do with the story.
...which tells me that the "reporter" doesn't even agree with what those two in the picture are doing.
Do you agree with what they were doing?

They should of been arrested not on a gun law but on being stupid.

yep, the legal carry of a shotgun is not the problem. its when he loaded and racked the slide that created the crime of brandishing. there are a number of offenses they could have been arrested on.
A 12 year old kid got killed by the cops for less.
