None of them were in jail when President Obama spoke on the subject matter, which was the question the OP posed to the forum.
regardless of if you believe it was self defense or not, you should at the very least be able to see the situations are not the same.
Yeah they are not the same. Obama and the media comments whenever a white person kills a black person in self defense, but has no comment when a non-white person kills a white person in a clear case of murder facilitated by clear political policies.

As you just said, it is a clear case of murder. No one ever questioned that and the guy who did it was immediately put into custody when found. There was no need for anyone to speak on it. The world was in agreement.
you are so busy looking for a fight that the obvious is smacking you in the face.

Yes there is a reason to speak on it. It happened because San Francisco is a sanctuary city and Obama said he would not oppose but supports sanctuary cities. The killing appeared to be ethnically motivated without any other motive. Hispanics especially illegals commit a fairly high rate of crime and attack whites more often than any other group including their own according to DOJ statistics.
However there is no good reason to speak out agianst a self defense killing as Obama has repeatedly done.

I dont remember ever hearing President Obama speak on sanctuary cities so I googled it, and all i got was one quote from a Debate in September of 2007
Quote:
OBAMA: The federal law is not being enforced not because of failures of local communities, because the federal government has not done the job that it needs to do. And —
RUSSERT: But you would allow the sanctuary cities to exist?
OBAMA: What I would do as president is pass comprehensive immigration reform. And the federal government should be doing, which is controlling our borders but also providing a rational immigration system, which we currently don't have.
If you have a quote that backs up your point, please post it so we can discuss it.

Can you please post a link to the news source that says the killing was ethnically motivated ????
No he addresses those murders that generate large public outcry and demontrations which happens to be mostly related to those murders in the black community if the woman killed in California generated a similar public outrage and outcry he'd say something about it.
It has generated even more public outrage.
But the people who are outraged don't go out and vandalize, loot and burn down buildings.
A few maids and groundskeepers are a far cry from a meat packing plant etc. It is wrong even when hollywood does it also.
Show us a democrat owned company that does this.
Show me that the meat packing plant about which you speak is owned by a Republican.
