Your further comments are without merit and classless.
What the hell does that even mean? Defective?

Did you lose the results?

Did you forget to do something?

Did you send the wrong person to do it the first time?

Did your results not match your alibi?

All perfectly reasonable questions that should be answered.

more or less.

cops often use the whole turn signal thing as an excuse to pull someone over so they can find something else entirely different to hang a charge on.

Typically, when you complete an autospy, you do not need to go back around again a few days later, especially so that the family can hold services--unless you forgot something or are now are looking at something you didn't examine thoroughly the first time.

This is pure conjecture on my part but I'm betting the coroner never thought this would make the national news and only did a quick autopsy to get her in and out of the morgue. He wasn't interesting in doing a thorough autopsy. Now that a complete one was done he knows his is lacking and is going to get called on it.

Really it was all because she escalated the situation by becoming combative. He verbally asked her to step out the car and she reacted by physically resisting him in some way, even to go as far as replying, "You ready to do this?". She was looking for a fight and encouraging it in many ways short of straight up punching him.

Was he provoking? Absolutely. But she took it to a physical level.

There is no denying the cop could have done some things differently. However, the real issue here is Sandra not him. IMO it didn't matter what the cop did/said/ect, she was bound and determined to turn this into a huge ordeal. Short of the cop being black, i don't think much would have changed. She wanted to make a scene and act like moron. She wanted to create controversy and take her 5 minutes of worthless fame.

The whole incident is nothing short of a tragedy, but lets not pretend it wasn't 100% self induced. Sandra had it set in her mind she wasn't going to respect or listen to a white cop before he even got to her door. Had she acted like a normal civilized human being she would be here today. Yes the cop may have over-reacted, but in the end it all comes back to her.

This whole thread disproves the conservative lie that they fear government power.

The most fervent defenders of police behavior and unquestioned support of police the state/government exercising the ultimate power and hurting/killing fellow Americans is wildly popular amongst conservatives.

One never hears conservatives express any concern that hey maybe we should be skeptical and question this use of government power to take the life of another American.

So the lie that conservatives are for smaller government or that they fear the government exercising power has no basis in reality. People who truly feared the government would be extremely tough on the government when it exercised the ultimate power and killed American citizens.

But conservatives are always the loudest supporters of the police state.

You can't skip everything that happened before this and think you are making a valid point. He should have been in his car and pulling over others for minor offenses by then.

Creating your boogeymen arguments are no better than those defending the actions of the cops. It's so stupid to try and make this a situation where you attack others based upon your politics. It does nothing to solve things like this.
