He seems to be faring just as well as former Illinois Governor Ryan, a Republican ,did while he was incarcerated for corruption.

Illinois had the unique distinction of having 2 former Governors, a Republican and Democrat, sitting in prison at the same time. Maybe it's the Metformin ( another thread) in the water.

This is the point that seems lost on Ferd and the boys.

Conservatives make a lot of hay by going around moralizing because it appeals to their base. They deserve ridicule when they fail to live up to their own lofty standards.

If you can't walk the walk then don't talk the talk.
I don't care.

liberals know what he DID. they didn't care. they called him the "Lion of the Senate" they loved him.
we held a state funeral for the guy.

he was a drunken killer.

liberals don't get to instruct on the issue of hypocrisy or morality. period move along.

and as I pointed out, the difference isn't that republican pols are more moral. They aren't.

the difference is that by and large republicans as a group will deal with our own enternal issues rather quickly.

democrats simply do not care.

so no eddie you don't make any points worth anything in your post here.

I have to give Republicans points for creativity. From wide stances to smearing themselves with accusations of seeing male prostitutes, their indiscretions take interesting turns.
